Projects commence with the creation of an agreed baseline; combined with a clear definition of the final objectives. Throughout the project lifecycle, staging points are agreed, defined and communicated to all stakeholders. At the end of each phase of the project, the delivery is tested to ensure objectives are being met.

All projects delivered by Prolinx conclude with full documentation and training before sign-off is completed.
