Arbitus Licensing and support is available as part of a three or five-year package. Packages include full installation, remote hosting, individual user access ID setup, full online user documentation, free upgrades to new versions of Arbitus and on-line technical support between the hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

License Fees are paid annually at the beginning of the license year. Additional users can be added at any point, chargeable on a pro-rata basis.
