What you’ll be doing:
A typical breakdown of your role would be:
- Design, implement, and manage M365 solutions for customers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Develop and maintain security protocols and best practices for M365 environments.
- Utilize Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
- Leverage the Power Platform to create custom applications, automate workflows, and analyse data.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of M365 services.
- Stay up to date with the latest M365 features, updates, and industry trends.
- Apply agile methodologies to manage and deliver product increments efficiently.
- Work closely with product management to align M365 solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
What skills and experience do you need?
Essential skills:
- Must be able to hold an SC Security Clearance
- Proven experience in securing and managing M365 environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot and the Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management principles.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are a plus.
