Product Owner – (Ref 15.SO)

What you’ll be doing:

A typical breakdown of your role would be:

• Maintain and prioritise your Product Backlog
• Develop your product within the Prolinx Service Catalogue
• Steer the Product Vision and Product Roadmaps
• Elicit, articulate and manage customer user stories and use cases
• Represent the voice of the customer within your Product portfolio
• Contribute to Sprint planning and reviews
• Work with other key stakeholders to ensure that capability is delivered securely, profitably and meets expectations

What skills and experience do you need?

Essential skills:

• A Subject Matter Expert in CWE and VDI
• Demonstrable knowledge of agile techniques and processes e.g. Scrum, Kanban
• Experience of delivery in a business/IT environment
• Strong interpersonal/customer service skills and telephone manner
• Demonstrable experience of IT security considerations e.g. clearance, assurance
• Must be able to hold an SC Security Clearance
• Substantial exposure to product ownership or aligned transferable skills
• Working on UK Government projects
• Experience in Jira, Confluence and Cherwell would be an advantage.
