Apprentices
Prolinx are supporters of STEM and encourage people to develop practical skills and gain valuable experience working on projects that are critical to National Security. Each apprentice is security cleared and works alongside an established member of Company to ensure they succeed.
Our program, which has catered for over 50 apprentices, boasts an impressive 80% retention rate, demonstrating the value and impact of our apprenticeship experience. Many of our former apprentices have gone on to hold management positions within the Company, highlighting the potential for growth and leadership within STEM careers at Prolinx.
