ITSD Analyst

This role requires working a shift pattern to provide 24×7 services. The Service Desk Analyst will provide telephone and email based support, logging and tracking information in our Service Desk tool to ensure service requests and incidents are resolved in line with customer Service Level Agreements.

Service Operations Analyst

As a Service Operations Analyst your focus will be on performing key Incident and Problem Management activities, as well as creating our monthly SLA reports that are issued to our customers.

You will act as a day to day escalation point for Service Operations fielding queries from our ITSD Shift Leads regarding customer escalations and IT Service Management best practice. As part of this role you will also take part in an on call rota for Incident Management escalations out of hours.
