IT Service Desk Analyst

Responsible for general incident management ensuring customers are provided with regular updates, and progression is made in line with Service Level Targets.

Recruiting for Service Desk 1st line personnel at our 24/7 Shrivenham site. This role requires working a shift pattern to provide 24×7 services

The Service Desk Analyst will provide telephone and email based support, logging and tracking information in our Service Desk tool to ensure service requests and incidents are resolved in line with customer Service Level Agreements.

IT Service Desk Shift Lead

A great opportunity to join the expanding Prolinx Service Delivery team at our Shrivenham site. This is a new role we have created, where we are looking to recruit 4 IT Service Desk Shift Leads to help drive performance of our 24×7 IT Service Desk.

Acting as a Shift Lead, your primary role will be providing guidance, support and coaching to a dedicated team of Service Desk Analysts, operating a 24×7 shift rota.

2nd Line Engineer (Linux Network)

We are currently looking for someone to join our 2nd line team with experience in actively managing and troubleshooting Linux and Network infrastructure.

This role is in our Service Delivery team, which provides support to a wide range of Managed Service contracts utilising the ITIL framework. The role is based at our Shrivenham site, with occasional travel to other sites to support project requirements.
