Defence Women’s Network annual conference 2023 took place in London, with the theme ‘Leadership & Self-Empowerment’. The event is sponsored by many leading technology organisations, with inspirational guest speakers at all levels across the Civil Service and Industry. The conference addressed handling challenges of modern leadership, rewarding and recognition of female leaders, and discussed the important topic of how female leaders at any grade or level within an organisation can find support to enhance their skills to become the leader they aspire to be.
Hands on advice and coaching was also on hand, to provide guidance, advice and resources on how to develop careers during times of change.
